This is a Jekyll-based GitHub Pages personal site.
The private dashboard (_layouts/private.html) is hidden from the public.
Homepage — pixel-art record shelf
index.html is a standalone React app (no Jekyll layout): a pixel-art Japandi
room where vinyl records on a shelf are the navigation, and the turntable opens
a live Spotify “now playing” card via the existing /api/spotify endpoint.
Source of truth is _shelf-src/*.jsx — data (content), scene (the SVG
room), panels (content cards), app (root). _shelf-src/ is _-prefixed so
Jekyll ignores it. Edit the .jsx, never the generated .js.
Rebuild:npm install once, then npm run build:shelf — compiles
_shelf-src/*.jsx → assets/shelf/*.js. Those compiled files are committed and
served as-is (GitHub Pages runs no build step).
React is vendored under assets/shelf/vendor/; travel/bio photos under
assets/shelf/photos/. The old _layouts/home.html + assets/js/widgets.js
are now unused by the homepage (still used by other pages via default.html).
